With the abundance of sensationalized news full of vitriol and discouragement, it understandable that many feel overwhelmed; however, times of struggle can be the catalyst that activate our courage and strength. Dario Suarez, who is an Argentine Street Artist and founding member of Hollywood in Cambodia street art gallery and collective in Buenos Aires, puts it,

“When you’re in the middle of a crisis, you don’t have tools, so you use your creativity to make up what you need or do something with less. You have to be creative. it’s the best way. It’s the only way.”

In this video, Patrice Milillo speaks with Porteño Street Artist, Dario Suarez and Noam Chomsky about the power of creative hope and artistic activism.
